Mila Monday

It's gloomy out. Not especially rainy, not especially cool (but definitely cooler than it has been, which is a plus), and I'm not feeling especially motivated. Hence the bad lighting and scruffy, mostly unclothed kids.

The Land of Nod catalog came in the mail today and both girls immediately started asking if they could have this and that. I told them they could mark as many things as they wanted but we probably weren't going to buy any of them.

It was just what they wanted. Sometimes a little window shopping can be as fun as actually buying new stuff. I remember doing the same thing with the JC Penney Christmas catalog as a kid.

And once they were done with their catalog, they went right back to their endless game of dress-up. Mila has taken to using skirts as wigs.

This is her version of Rapunzel. She and Margot are going to a "ballet tradition", whatever that means.

You know...just your average stay-at-home-and-do-laundry kind of Monday. I'm so lucky to get to spend it with these lil beasties.
