| (This photo is so so awkward. I was trying to show how I'm actually wearing heels (because the grass is just too long for you to see that otherwise) but I almost fell over. Oh well. |
That's right people. Jeans and a grey t-shirt. I've realized that other people : maxi skirts :: Jen : jeans. I just can't get behind the maxi thing, but you know I love me a good pair of jeans. And long untucked tees are staples in my wardrobe. I added some cute shoes and a pendant necklace so I wouldn't feel so bad about just wearing jeans and a t-shirt like I do most days. Although really, who cares? I'm a mom. This is how I roll.
And it's awesome.
Maybe not quite as awesome as this pineapple pin I inherited from my great-grandmother, but few things are.
I threw it on a long chain and called it a necklace. What up, multi-tasking accessories.
Here's the link party; go see the more interesting outfits people came up with there!
shirt: Target / jeans: Gap / shoes: Famous Footwear / necklace: grandma's pin + Target chain

This one is my favorite--it looks super comfy but the heels and necklace elevate it to chic mommy clothes. (and where did you get that t-shirt, because I love long tees!)
ReplyDeleteTarget, of course. It comes in lots of colors and was only $8. I went back and bought another because I liked it so much.
DeleteThe pineapple was a nice touch. So was the baby.
ReplyDeleteno I love this outfit --- and your kiddo is adorable!
ReplyDeleteand that pineapple -- perfection.
